K.O.G. T-shirts feature:

Sizing
Shirt sizes can vary greatly from company to company. A medium shirt from company A may be quite different from Company B. Please take the time to check our size chart and find what K.O.G shirt is best for you. Just because K.O.G shirts are made in Japan does NOT make them smaller than usual! The best idea is to measure your favorite T-shirt and compare it to the chart below to find your best fit. Please note that we cannot exchange shirts if you choose the wrong size.
Measure all sizes (width, length, shoulders, sleeves) of a shirt you own. Measure from seam to seam. Compare to the charts below.

Shopping
This site uses a shopping cart system. Items can be added to the cart by clicking on the BUY icons. Items can be removed on the "view cart" page. After you have finished shopping, proceed to the checkout page to confirm your order. Take care in checking which size you have ordered. WE CANNOT EXCHANGE SHIRTS IF YOU CHOOSE THE WRONG SIZE. If your order is correct, you can proceed to our Paypal payment page to complete the order.
At times when a new shirt is introduced, site traffic becomes quite high. To make the shopping system fair for everyone, items in your shopping cart have a 30min time limit. If your cart expires, you may return items to the cart if they are still available.
If you discover any problem with your order, please notify us immediately.
At this time, other non-K.O.G./non-Nintendo shirts/items found on the Japanese pages are not available outside of Japan.
Shipping
We use Japan Post EMS exclusively. This is the fastest, safest and most economical way to send your order from Japan. In most cases, your order will take about a week to arrive. Each shipment includes a tracking number. We will send you a link so you can track the shipment.
1 shirt weighs +/- 500grams. Use this page to estimate your shipping costs.
Example shipping costs:
One Shirt to North America, Australia (US/CAN): 1500yen (about $12USD)
One shirt to Europe: 1800yen (about 12euro)
One shirt to Asia (outside Japan): 1100yen
These prices are current as of Oct. 2006, and could change anytime.
Estimated Delivery Times
USA/Canada: 2-5 days
Europe: 4-7 days
Australia/Asia: 3-6 days
In most cases, people living near major cites will receive their orders quickly. Those in more rural areas will receive the orders a little later. Please be sure to check your EMS tracking info!
Please note that you may be responsible for additional duties/taxes on the orders upon delivery.
Shipping Address
On the Paypal payment page, be sure to cofirm your shipping address. If you'd like to have your order shipped to a different location, click on "Change" in the Shipping Address section on the Paypal payment page.
Wholesalers/Bulk Orders
Due to licensing limitations, we cannot sell to wholesalers outside of Japan. Furthermore, the maximum number of shirts per individual per order has been set at 12.
Payments
All payments are handled by Paypal, the easiest and safest way to send money electronically. Credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Discover) are accepted via Paypal. All credit card information is handled by Paypal, and is never disclosed to us. We will never ask you for your credit card information.
After confirming your order on the checkout page, you will be forwarded to Paypal to make your payment. Payment will be made to "EDITMODE (Masaaki Enami)."
All prices are in Japanese Yen. Please be sure to use a currency converter to check the prices in your local currency. Payments must be made in Japanese Yen. Paypal should automatically convert from your local currency to Japanese Yen.
Goods are shipped after receiving payment.
RETURN Policy
All King of Games sales are final. We are not able to exchange items, give refunds or credits. Be certain that you are ordering the correct size by using our size chart. Although these shirts are made in Japan, it does not mean that they are smaller than what you're are used to. Please take the time to refer to the size chart and choose wisely!
In the event of an error on our part, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will let you know what to do next.
Why no returns?
We are proud to offer you our high-quality, unique designs. Each one of our designs are printed in limited quantities, and often sell out quickly. In many cases it would not even be possible to exchange your shirt. Because of this, all King Of Games sales are final. Again, please choose your size carefully!
Privacy Policy
We take your privacy very seriously. We will never disclose your information to any outside party. You will only be asked for your name and address at the time purchase. Information regarding size preference helps us plan our printing runs.
Occasionally, we send our customers information about new shirts or special promotions. If you do not wish to receive these notices, send us an email with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line and we'll remove you from our mailing list.

Please remember that these shops may not have English speaking staff. It is impolite to assume that everyone in Japan speaks English. As a courtesy, take a moment to ask the staff if they speak English before you start asking questions. It may be a good idea to bring a printout of the shirt you are looking for to make things easier. Some designs or sizes may not be stock at all shops.
