Ordering Details

Returns, exchanges, changes and cancellations.

Returns: There are no returns on shipped orders. In the the unlikely event of a defective product or a shipping error, please contact us and we will work to replace the item promptly.

Size/color changes, cancellations: Because these shirts are being made-to-order, we cannot exchange shirts for different sizes or colors after they ship. Please refer to our Sizing Chart and compare with a favorite t-shirt of your own to find your best fit. If you wish to change your 25th Anniversary t-shirt size or color, or cancel your order altogether, send an email to contact@the-king-of-games.com by February 13th, 2012 23:59JST and we'll work to make the changes.

Washing Care

Expected Shipping Date

These shirts are expected to finished in early May 2012. We will notify all customers when orders are shipped via email. We will also make related announcements on the KOG website and KOG twitter feeds.

If you order other in-stock items along with a Zelda 25th Anniversary T-shirt, the whole order will be held until the shirts arrive in early May. If you would like to have in-stock items sent immediately, please make a separate order and we will process it within 2-3 business days.

In the event of a natural disaster such as an earthquake or tsunami, there may be delays in shipping or replying to emails. We appreciate your understanding should an unfortunate situation arise.

Please note that the final colors/designs may differ slightly from the images provided, or may appear differently on differently calibrated monitors.
